About the Role:
We are seeking an innovative and engaging General Manager for our Grown Brilliance boutique powered by the Leap Platform, located in the King of Prussia Mall. The GM will build dynamic teams to deliver exceptional guest interactions, drive store performance, and achieve business goals. By cultivating a positive and collaborative environment, this leader will inspire their team to create memorable in-store experiences while promoting creativity, engagement, and excellence. Their passion for luxury and dedication to building meaningful client connections will ensure every interaction is unforgettable.
They will strategically develop and implement action plans to drive sales growth, enhance client interactions, and nurture community connections that boost brand awareness. Additionally, the GM will recruit top-tier talent for in-store roles, ensuring a high-performing team through strategic hiring and development. Clear and transparent communication of goals and expectations will be essential to fostering alignment and collaboration across the team.
Operational excellence is another cornerstone of this role. The GM will oversee the consistent upkeep of store standards by delegating key responsibilities, such as cleanliness, visual merchandising, and operational tasks like inventory counts, tagging, and shipment processing. By ensuring seamless execution, they will deliver a high-quality customer experience. Additionally, they will design and execute impactful in-store activations that increase foot traffic, drive customer engagement, and achieve measurable results. A commitment to continuous learning and the adoption of new technologies, systems, and applications is key to success, with familiarity in platforms such as Shopify, Endear, Slack, and Google Workspace being advantageous.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to work independently and thrive under pressure, ensuring the seamless execution of store opening and closing procedures. They will also excel in developing and optimizing team schedules while managing payroll efficiently and accurately, all while maintaining a full-time commitment to the success of the store.
Position Qualification:
- Minimum age requirement of 18 years to meet company and legal standards.
- Leadership Acumen: Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, and manage high-performing teams in a fast-paced, results-driven environment, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Retail and Client-Focused Excellence: Extensive experience in luxury retail or high-touch client-facing industries, such as hospitality, highlighting a commitment to delivering unparalleled client experiences and building long-term relationships.
- Specialization in Fine Jewelry: A strong foundation in fine jewelry, with a deep understanding of gemstones and craftsmanship; diamond certification is highly preferred.
- Luxury Expertise: Passionate about luxury, with a refined appreciation for craftsmanship, detail, and exceptional client service that reflects the brand’s values.
- Demonstrates flexibility and adaptability with a full-time, 40-hour workweek, maintaining availability for days, nights, weekends, and holidays to align with dynamic business needs.
- Maintains an active and engaging floor presence, showcasing energy and commitment by standing and walking for extended periods, while ensuring safety and operational efficiency through the ability to use a ladder and lift up to 50 lbs.
Annual Base Range: $65k - $72k. Actual salaries will be based on years of experience, skills, competencies qualifications.
