Retail Sales Associate: Naadam

We’re looking for a Retail Associate to join our growing team across three locations in NYC: West Village, SoHo, and Hudson Yards. The Retail Associate plays an integral role in supporting the foundation for our storefront business. Being the face of Naadam, associates have an immediate and direct impact on the success of the business. Our retail associates not only provide an exceptional shopping experience, they also assist customers through various styles to find that perfect cashmere offerings for their lifestyle year round. We take no shortcuts and only use the highest quality cashmere for our product and maintain the same standards of seeking the highest quality associates to deliver the vibe and spirit of the brand effortlessly.

What You'll Do

• Deliver world class customer service with both the needs of the customer and the brand in mind.
• Form trusting relationships between our customers and yourself to initiate a brand loyalist mindset
• Demonstrate extraordinary product knowledge and determine the customer’s needs to be able to give expert style advice
• Focus on communicating Naadam’s values and brand philosophy to new and returning customers
• Contribute innovative ideas to reinvent the retail experience for our customers
• Demonstrate personal accountability to achieve your stores sales goals and community impact
